Małgorzata Kowalska
Małgorzata graduated from postgraduate studies in the Warsaw School of Economics with specialization in the Management of Human Resources, and she continues postgraduate studies – Labour Law in the University of Warsaw. She participated in many professional training courses concerning remuneration issues, personal income tax act, and national insurance system act. She specializes in creating plans and regulations of remunerations, and of the Employee Benefit Fund.
She likes to spend time with people with passion who are dedicated to what they do. She reads Polish literature and tries to be an active person: she loves mountains, animals, volleyball, and salsa.
Her motto is: “It’s better to try and regret trying than regret that you didn’t try. Each journey starts with the first step.”
